Founded in 2002, Venue Solutions focused initially on technical consultancy related to the deployment of Sony hardware for the UK's leading venues. Through this, it very quickly became apparent that while the venue industry was being served by a range of niche suppliers, no one company was applying a holistic approach to the development of business-driven enterprise management solutions capable of taking full advantage of all available hardware and software technology to deliver maximum competitive advantage.
Our core focus has therefore evolved from consultancy to the delivery of technology solutions that provide our clients with the tools to help them create a better knowledge of their venues, and a deeper understanding of their visitors - thus empowering them to make smarter business decisions.
Venue Solutions have invested two years and considerable resources in the software development of the award-winning VenueCast venue management solution; and supplemented this by building a team of specialist consultants to provide TotalVenueSolutions - a complete end-to-end service for new build sites.
VenueCast is an enterprise management software framework that provides venues with the knowledge they need to improve business efficiencies, deliver incremental revenue and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is an open, highly flexible, customisable business application platform enabling users to more effectively collaborate and share knowledge throughout the venue.
In 2004, Venue Solutions became a specialist Sony systems integrator; signed an exclusive agreement with Pivotal Corporation for the utilisation of their global award-winning customer relationship management (CRM) software within VenueCast; and moved to prestigious new offices at Pinewood Studios. In December 2005, Venue Solutions was listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) as Venue Solutions Holdings plc. |
