Venue Solutions believe that the success of any installation, however complex, is based on the end users’ perception of how user-friendly the solution is. So, whilst the depth of programming to achieve a specific function behind a single button press on a touch screen, for example, may be quite complex, it is the end users’ confidence that the button does what they expect it to that counts the most. To this end, before starting to design a system, we like to meet with the end users to discuss the full system capabilities and their individual aspirations.
Our consultancy services are provided to both new and existing venues, with a particular focus on strategic and technical consultancy to predominantly new build venues, where we have advised clients such as The Quest Hotel Group and Brighton International Arena. We have also (via Sony) advised existing venues such as Beaulieu – The National Motor Museum, Blackburn Rovers FC, the Barbican and Sunderland University.
