Stephen lends a wealth of experience in an array of public businesses. Stephen has been managing director of Sgt Services Ltd since 1999, but has simultaneously been strategically involved in the turnaround of several AIM companies. As such Stephen lends a wide range of commercial experience to the board, gained in both service and industrial environments, internationally and in the UK. His additional board positions include FEI Plc (chairman), Red Leopard Plc (non-executive director), and Tellings Golden Miller Group Plc (non-executive director) and Sitec Group Plc (chairman). Stephen has also served as deputy chairman of Oak Holdings Plc, executive chairman of Quotient Communications Ltd and has given key strategic advice to many other companies.
Stephen is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
