| The company is the recently created holding company of Venue Solutions which was founded in June 2002 and specialises in the provision of venue management technologies and services. It was initially formed as a venue consultancy firm, attracting support from Sony, to review certain venues in the venue and stadium market.
The Group offers a suite of products, systems and services to the venue industry that the Directors believe enable venue managers to capture and more efficiently use information about their customers. The Group comprises three divisions: consultancy and services, systems integration and hardware, and a software division.
The Company regards a "venue" as comprising any space which enables interaction with consumers, such as stadia, theatres, theme parks, shopping centres and retail oulets, multi purpose arenas, health and leisure centres, airports and railway stations and even cities. |
